Electronic Funds Transfer:

Electronic payments can be sent to info@hydecom.com through Chase QuickPay^SM for rent, deposits and other fees. To sign up for electronic payments CLICK HERE! This service is FREE to both customers and non-customers of Chase Bank.

Mail, Hand Delivery, and Drop Box payments:

Payment may be sent by mail to our office:

Payments may also be personally delivered to our office by appointment only, or deposited in our mail drop box located outside of office location followed with notification (call or email) that a deposit was delivered.

Payment MUST be certified check, postal order, or money order made to Hyde Companies LLC. Make sure it is noted who is making payment and for which address . 

NO CASH is accepted at office location!

Cash Payments:

Under no circumstances are cash payments accepted at office location. Cash payments will now be accepted at your nearest Chase Bank location. Using a Chase deposit slip, payments should be deposited into the business checking account of HYDE Companies LLC and clearly print property address which rent is being paid for. If special circumstances are present,  please contact office in advance for arrangements.
